220v have a car or truck can be very useful not only in camps or travel but to connect welders or other tools. It is also necessary to charge the phone battery, camcorder or mobile computers and other devices.

To reduce or raise a specific voltage anything is better suited to a transformer, but this component does not work in current, which is available from batteries or vehicles.
So we put an oscillator that generates an alternation of the CC in order to have the AC transformer winding.
